Matt has fond memories of the embroidery machines in the house when growing up (not). He has now moved on to being a production operative working the machines daily.

James oversee's all customer enquiries and account management, he focuses on delivering quotes and finding new business. He has been in the industry since he was 14 nearly 16 years of experience.

Loren is James's partner and works running the day to day admin and accounts, in her spare time then sends some quotes and emails out to new prospective customers.

Likes: Spending days out with there young daughter, binge watching box sets, walking dogs.

Jess Joined the team as a production operative and is great at working the machinery day to day keeps those caps flying out the door.

Likes: Arts and crafts, drawing, pottery.
